How to make a Matcha Energy Smoothie:
The OMGTEA Energy Smoothie is a great way to start your day! It’s loaded with fruits, vegetables, some healthy fat and protein, and an energising, antioxidant kick from the vibrant OMGTEA powder.
- Blend 150g chopped broccoli, 100g frozen chopped mango and 200ml orange juice.
- Add and blend 100g frozen strawberries, 1 banana (or substitute ½ small avocado for a creamy texture) and 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
- Finally, blend in 2 teaspoons OMGTEA Matcha and a squeeze of lemon juice.
